Custom furniture from Poland – how ordering from abroad works
More and more people outside Poland order custom furniture from Polish workshops. We have been making furniture in Opole since 2007 and have completed more than 1,500 projects. Here is how working with us looks when you live abroad.
Why order furniture from Poland?
Poland has a long furniture-making tradition and a large network of suppliers of boards, fronts, worktops and hardware. Thanks to this, a Polish workshop can offer a wide choice of materials and fully made-to-measure furniture at prices that are often attractive compared with Western Europe. The final price always depends on the project, materials and logistics, so we prepare every quote individually.

Step 1: Enquiry
Write to us in English using the contact form or by e-mail at biuro@meblezpomyslem.pl. Tell us where you live, what you need and attach a floor plan with dimensions and photos of the room. Inspiration pictures help too.
Step 2: Conversation and quote
We get back to you with questions about materials, fronts, worktops, appliances and your budget. We also discuss logistics: measuring, transport and installation at your location. Based on this you receive a quote.
Step 3: 3D design
We prepare a 3D visualisation showing the layout, colours and materials. You can comment on it remotely and we revise it until everything is right. Only the approved design goes into production.
Step 4: Production in Opole
All furniture is made in our own workshop in Opole, in south-western Poland. Production time depends on the size of the project and the materials chosen – we agree the schedule before work starts.
Step 5: Delivery and installation
We deliver the furniture and install it, connecting appliances and lighting where agreed. Transport and installation abroad are always planned individually, depending on the location and size of the job.
Warranty and aftercare
We give a 24-month warranty on our furniture. Read the warranty terms and our furniture care tips. For projects abroad we agree how any service visits will be handled before you place the order.
