How to make a complaint

Call +48 883 200 129 or e-mail biuro@meblezpomyslem.pl. Describe the defect precisely and attach photos and proof of purchase. We will reply within 14 days.

Warranty period

The warranty runs from the installation date and, together with the statutory warranty, is granted for 24 months. The guarantor undertakes to remove a physical defect or deliver a defect-free item if the defect appears within 2 years, provided the rules for use and care of the furniture have been followed. It covers physical defects caused by reasons inherent in the item sold.

Appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If an appliance fails, contact the manufacturer’s service with the warranty card, proof of purchase and serial number.

Warranty terms

  1. The warranty is valid in Poland.
  2. The Buyer submits warranty claims to the Seller.
  3. When making a complaint, the Buyer submits a completed complaint form and proof of purchase.
  4. The complaint may be submitted electronically or in writing and should include a precise description of the defect.
  5. The Buyer loses the warranty rights if the Seller is not notified of the defect within one month of its discovery.
  6. If necessary, the Guarantor may inspect the furniture at the Buyer’s premises on working days between 8:00 and 16:00. Failure to cooperate in arranging the inspection or preventing it results in the loss of warranty rights. The same applies to visits to dismantle or install an element or remove a defect.
  7. The Buyer will be informed whether the complaint has been accepted or rejected within 14 days of submission.
  8. A repairable defect is repaired; if it does not require factory conditions, the repair is carried out at the Buyer’s premises.
  9. For a repair in factory conditions the element may be removed; if this would make the kitchen unusable, a temporary replacement is installed.
  10. An irreparable defect is remedied by replacing the element with a defect-free one or – with the Buyer’s consent – by a price reduction.
  11. The Guarantor may take a sample of the furniture to match the colour of the replacement element as closely as possible.
  12. The Guarantor decides how the complaint is handled. Repair or replacement takes no longer than 90 days from submission.
  13. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Buyer’s rights arising from non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
